    Lets just say the elevator was broke, pool closed for renovations, when we turned the water on in the bath the hot water came out looking like rust and it was cold.

    Elevators were down & we were booked on the 4th floor even though we remained the only car in the parking lot all night...AC didnt blow cold air,TV was Fuzzy,no hot water for a shower, water was brown when turned on, stains on towels....needless to say i wont be back.
